Notice on KCEX Spot Trading System Maintenance

To enhance overall platform performance and improve your trading experience, KCEX will perform maintenance on the spot trading system. Details are as follows:
I. Maintenance Schedule
- Start time: 2:45 (UTC), August 21, 2026
- End time: To be determined
II. Scope of Impact
The following functions will be affected during maintenance:
- Abnormal K-line display: Candlestick charts may appear flat, freeze, or fail to update temporarily;
- All spot trading pairs suspended: During maintenance, trading will be fully suspended across all spot trading pairs — order placement, cancellation, and market orders will be unavailable;
- Delayed order processing: Orders placed before maintenance may not be executed or cancelled normally;
- API access interrupted: Spot trading–related API endpoints will be temporarily unavailable;
- Market data delay or desync: Latest price and order book depth for some trading pairs may be delayed.
III. Unaffected Services
- Deposits will remain available as normal;
- Withdrawals will remain available as normal;
- Futures/contract trading will not be affected (if applicable).
IV. Friendly Reminders
- Users are advised to manage their positions and pending orders in advance to avoid unnecessary losses due to market fluctuations during the maintenance period;
- The security of all users' assets will not be affected during maintenance;
- All functions will resume normal operation once maintenance is complete, and a further announcement will be issued at that time;
- Should there be any changes, we will notify users promptly via official announcements.
