Analysis
This is a routine daily flow update for Bitcoin spot ETFs, reporting a fifth consecutive day of net inflows totaling $98.8453 million on August 7. The data shows continued institutional demand concentrated in BlackRock's IBIT and Fidelity's FBTC, which together accounted for the bulk of inflows, while Invesco and Galaxy Digital's BTCO saw the largest single-day outflow. The cumulative historical net inflow of $52.178 billion and the ETF net asset ratio of 6.1% indicate that spot ETFs now hold a meaningful share of the total Bitcoin market cap. Worth watching next are whether the consecutive inflow streak extends, whether IBIT's dominance in capturing flows persists, and whether outflow pressure spreads beyond BTCO to other smaller funds.
