PANews reported on August 15, according to The Block, that Mizuho Securities lowered its target price for BitGo from $14 to $11, while maintaining an "outperform" rating. Mizuho Securities believes that as competitors await the "Clarity Act" to establish U.S. market rules, this delay could give BitGo an advantage. BitGo is already the first federally chartered digital asset trust bank owned by a publicly traded company, so its regulatory status does not depend on the passage of the new act.
