Dogecoin (DOGE) Price: ETF Inflows Hit Record Levels as DOGE Rallies 45%

Analysis
Dogecoin's 45% weekly rally is being driven by a convergence of factors: record single-day ETF inflows, a broader Bitcoin surge toward $80,000, and renewed risk appetite as the Fear and Greed Index sits at 71. The $654,000 single-day DOGE ETF inflow, while modest in absolute terms, marks a meaningful milestone for institutional adoption of memecoin exposure and signals that asset managers are beginning to treat high-beta crypto assets as viable ETF products. The on-chain support at $0.081, where over 30 billion DOGE changed hands, provides a measurable reference point for trader positioning, though analyst price targets remain speculative projections rather than confirmed outcomes. Key developments to watch include whether Bitcoin sustains its momentum above $79,000, whether DOGE ETF inflows continue to grow beyond the record single-day figure, and whether the $0.081 support level holds under selling pressure. The broader liquidation cascade of $4.3 billion suggests leveraged positioning is elevated, which could amplify volatility in either direction.

Bitcoin posted its biggest weekly gain since March 2023, climbing to a 14-week high near $79,000. Over $1 billion in short positions were liquidated in 24 hours, with total liquidations reaching $4.3 billion over four days.

Crypto analyst account Bull Theory posted on X that Bitcoin is on track to post its largest weekly gain since March 2023, highlighting the strength of the current rally. The post captured attention across crypto social media as Bitcoin held above key levels.

The Fear and Greed Index has moved back to 71, placing sentiment firmly in the “greed” zone. Higher risk appetite typically benefits memecoins like DOGE, as traders rotate profits into smaller, more speculative assets.

ETF Inflows Signal Institutional Interest

Spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded nearly $1 billion in inflows over three trading sessions. BlackRock’s IBIT led the latest session with $285 million, contributing to a four-day total of $1.6 billion according to Wall Street Journal data.

On the Dogecoin side, ETFs saw a record single-day net inflow of $654,000 on August 20. Total DOGE ETF inflows now sit at $12.29 million, with net assets of $11.49 million and daily trading volume of $1.65 million.

Crypto analyst dogegod flagged this milestone on X, pointing out it was the highest single-day capital flow ever recorded for Dogecoin ETFs. The data points to growing institutional appetite for high-beta crypto assets.

Key Price Levels to Watch

Analyst Ali Charts identified the $0.081 level as a critical support zone. More than 30 billion DOGE changed hands at that price, creating what Ali Charts described as one of the token’s most important on-chain support zones.

If buyers defend $0.081, Ali Charts sees a path to $0.177 — a gain of more than 100% from that level. Trading volume has surged past $3.71 billion in market cap terms, reflecting renewed interest.

For DOGE to reach $0.10, it needs an 18% gain from $0.085. Resistance sits near $0.086, then $0.09. A daily close above $0.10 could open targets of $0.11 and $0.12.

Analyst CW posted on X that DOGE has broken through a major resistance line and transitioned into a bullish trend, stating plainly: “The bearish trend is over. A real bull market has begun.”
