Notice of KCEX Futures System Upgrade and Maintenance

Dear KCEX Users,

To provide you with a better futures trading experience, KCEX will be conducting a system upgrade and maintenance for the futures trading platform. The details are as follows:

Futures System Maintenance Schedule

Date and Time:
Start Time: January 12, 2025, 01:00 (UTC)

The entire upgrade and maintenance process is expected to take 15 minutes.

Important Notes:

During the upgrade and maintenance period, futures trading will be temporarily unavailable, including actions such as order placement, cancellation, and execution. Additionally, the following issues may occur:

• Asset Transfers: Futures account assets cannot be transferred out, and transfers into futures accounts may fail.
• Account Updates: Delays in asset status updates and result queries for futures accounts.
• Data Delays: Updates to index/mark prices, funding rates, candlestick (K-line) data, and margin ratios may be delayed.
• Settings: Certain features related to futures trading (e.g., preferences, position modes, leverage adjustments) may fail to configure.
  In case of these issues, the impact is expected to last no more than 15 minutes. We recommend retrying after 15 minutes.

Reminders:

1. Spot Trading Unaffected: Spot trading, deposits, and withdrawals will not be impacted during the upgrade period.
2. Position Management: Please manage your futures positions and open orders in advance to avoid unnecessary losses.
3. Completion Announcement: A follow-up announcement will be made immediately after the upgrade is completed.
4. Market Volatility: If there is significant market volatility before the upgrade, the platform may postpone the upgrade and issue a delay announcement. Please refer to the official website for updates.
