Analysis
The data shows a modest net outflow of $2.81 million across U.S. Ethereum spot ETFs on September 29, but the headline number masks offsetting flows: Grayscale's ETH Mini Trust attracted $12.83 million while BlackRock's ETHA bled $8.94 million. That divergence suggests rotation among issuers rather than a broad exit from the asset class, since ETHA's historical net inflow still stands near $13.29 billion. Total net assets of $17.79 billion and a 5.42% share of Ethereum's market cap indicate ETF holdings remain a meaningful but not dominant part of the market. Worth watching next is whether ETHA's outflows persist for several consecutive sessions, whether Grayscale's lower-fee mini trust keeps absorbing share, and whether the aggregate cumulative inflow of $13.95 billion continues to grow or begins to plateau.
