A controversial MAGA gubernatorial candidate had to defend his contentious and wild story during a heated interview with Piers Morgan.

During an interview on "Piers Morgan Uncensored" that was posted on Tuesday, Colorado GOP candidate Victor Marx found himself detailing what Morgan called "probably the most contentious story" from Marx, which was that he was forced to kill a man at the age of seven. Morgan insisted that the story didn't make much sense and asked if Marx would open an investigation if he became Colorado's next governor.

According to Marx, his abusive stepfather forced him to kill a man at the age of seven, but Morgan noted, "Local law enforcement and sheriffs in the [Louisiana] area where this event apparently took place have said there are no records, police reports, or unsolved homicides matching your account."

Marx explained, "My stepfather, again, holding my hand around a pistol to a man who was handcuffed and on his knees, put his finger over the trigger and pushed it until the man was shot. I don't know who he was."

He added, "The best I can remember was that he looked like a homeless fella." Addressing the lack of records, Marx explained, "It's 40 years later and out of just a horrible conscience, I contacted the local sheriff's department, and they said, 'Where was the home?' I said, 'I don't know.'

Morgan asked what happened to the body, and Marx answered, "There was a hole dug in the floor. It was a wooden house. There was a hole cut out and a hole underneath the floor, and he was pushed into it and buried."

"Come on, Victor," Morgan said. "Did this really happen?"

"The real part of my soul died that day," Marx said, to which Morgan responded by pointing out that the supposed victim "actually died that day."

In the interview, Marx also had to defend his claim that the same stepfather who forced him to kill a homeless man also made him behead a cat.
